When you start to throw in terms like "deep conditioning", "detangling" and "moisture retention" things can quickly start to get complicated. We at Minority seek to simplify things—so that YOU gents can finally take those steps to uncover your hair's TRUE potential!

We are an 100% black-owned family business and our mission is to completely redefine the way the world views men's hair care—with a strong emphasis on the natural curly hair community! There has been a long-standing stigma surrounding bonnets and hair caps, often being described as "feminine." However, when it comes to moisture and length retention—nothing comes close to the bonnet's effectiveness.

If you want to grow long, soft, healthy hair—with curls that leave everyone in awe—you NEED to protect it! We decided to completely redefine the bonnet, developing a product with our brothers in mind. No more shame. No more embarrassment. It's time to discover your potential!

"We are the diversity. I was tired of the idea and hold that Eurocentric Beauty has had on the self-esteem and self-acceptance of black youth. And to see corporations use POC and other minorities as a way to meet their diversity quota, upset me. This brand brings recognition to the unrecognized. Representation to the under-represented. This brand is dedicated to bringing the faces of POC to the surface. Front. Center stage. No more youths growing up wishing their skin was lighter, their hair looser or their eyes brighter. We represent ourselves. I want youths to embrace their community, I want to redefine the way that the world views Minority—starting from the inside."
